INGREDIENTS
400 g fruit pure
100 g Simple syrup (TPT)
5 g Agar agar
ELABORATION
Combine the Ingredients.
Heat until boiling point.
Keep in the fridge until totally seted.
Mix with an immersion blender until smooth.
