Our main objective

The expansion and continuous improvement of the product lines, always giving the greatest importance to the innovation and the techniques of the gastronomic world. This is our main objective.

With more than 50 years of experience, we are one of the leading manufacturers of high quality ingredients for gastronomy, pastries and ice-cream in the world. Our product catalog exceeds 3,000 references, including texturing, lyophilizers, concentrated pastes and nuts.

We have three production plants in Catalonia and two delegations in Madrid and Valencia, as well as numerous official distributors, both national and international. With continuous growth, we currently export our products to more than 80 countries, spread over 5 continents.

We are proud to have a close relationship with our customers, creating close links. We do not want to be just a supplier of products but, in the long term, we also hope to become a partner with whom you can count at all times, creating specific recipes, organizing visits and demonstrations and offering personalized training.

For us it is a great satisfaction to be able to develop all the specialized products that help to be more creative to pastry cooks and chefs around the world. History

2018

We moved the production plants to the new facilities in Navarcles.

Nowadays, more than 50 years after starting our adventure, we have more than 3,000 references in our catalog of products, without forgetting the wafers and nougats with which we started.

2016

We acquired Alt Camp (Tarragona) and La Granadella (Lleida), becoming growers of nuts, with their own harvest. This step allows us to select even more carefully the raw material, both to distribute it, specializing in the almond, as well as the development of the product.

2014

We undertake on a gastronomic adventure that travels the world and history, focusing on the faithful reproduction of sauces and seasonings of different times and culinary traditions. This is how Culinary Journey is created, a collection that covers more than 120 references and grows day by day.

2010

First sub-brand, Home Chef, is born, as the retail version of our premium ingredients, focused on cooking enthusiasts, amateurs or non-professionals who wanted to reproduce the recipes of great restaurants at home.

2000

We enter fully into modern cuisine, beginning to devise and produce high-end technological ingredients for catering and pastry making. We also add the dried fruit to our catalog.

Over time, our product catalog begins to grow exponentially, adding lyophilizers, texturizers, extracts and natural aromas, among other ingredients.

The expansion of the catalog also means the creation of new brands within the company, with the aim of focusing them on different segments of the market.

1970

In the 70's, we expanded our range with technical ingredients for the production of ice cream, which during the 80's is consolidated as a line of exquisite and select ice-cream products.

1967

Founded as a family business, in Sosa Ingredients we started our journey through the culinary world producing traditional Catalan cakes and traditional Christmas products.
