INGREDIENTS

100 g Isomalt

60 g Nuts

As needed: Salt Skewers

ELABORATION

Place a ring mold over a silpat and sprinkle with Isomalt.

Place the skewer.

Bake in the oven without fan, until Isomalt is melted.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with nuts and salt.
