Balzamic Modena Vinegar Gelatina Sheet

INGREDIENTS

300 gr Water
100 gr Simple syrup (TPT)
100 gr Balsamic Modena vinegar
25 gr Elastic.

ELABORATION

Mix all ingredients together and heat until boiling point.
Pour a thin layer in a tray 0,2 mm. thin and let to cool.
Once jellyfied cut in rectangular shape.
