Hazelnut biscuits

INGREDIENTS

20 0 g Hazelnut flour Sosa

35 g Maltosec Sosa

65 g Simple syrup

1 g Salt

ELABORATION

Mix Maltosec with almond flour and salt.

Add simple syrup little by little, until well mixed.

Roll out the dough between 2 papers.

Mark with a pastry cutter.

Bake biscuits at 130 ºC for 20min.

Let chill.

Store biscuits in an air-tight container.
