Toasted almond sablée Breton

INGREDIENTS

125g Sosa almond paste with peel
125g butter
320g Flour
13g Sosa baking powder
212g Icing sugar
100g Egg yolk

ELABORATION

Mix the flour, nut paste and baking powder
Add the rest of the Ingredients:, mix and then allow to cool
Stretch the dough between two pieces of paper and cut out. Bake at 160ºC for 10 min.
