
50 g Sosa Toasted Sesame
9 g Sosa Maltosec
7,5 g Water
Other Ingredients: Culinary Journey Cheddar Dip
Mix the Toasted Sesame with the Maltosec and the water.
Incorporate with a spoon until it is well mixed.
Set on an oven paper, previously pulverized with non-stick spray and cover with another sheet of paper.
Stretch with the help of a rolling pin until getting a sheet of about 2 mm thick.
Let air for 4 minutes and mark the cut of the desired shape.
Bake at 100ºC for 15 minutes and set aside. Serve with Cheddar Dip.
