200 g Grainy pistacchio
35 gr Maltosec
3 gr Salt
25 gr Water
ELABORATION
Combine al Ingredients
Mix until get a sticky texture
Roll up the mixture in between two baking papers
Remove the paper sheet on the top and bake 35 minutes at 130 Cº
